“North Carolinians need resources to navigate the quickly changing job market,” Cooper said. “The new helps people research the education and training options that lead them to find good, high paying jobs available right now across our state.”

The system will offer users the option to take assessments that will help them explore new jobs and options they may not have considered good fits. It will also offer suggestions about education and training opportunities that would complement the career interests of the user.
